A programme that fits your organisation

SMEs & entrepreneurs

Start with useful everyday applications and the tools you already have. Focus on independence, time saved and one better-organised process.

Suggested starting point: AI foundations + an automation workshop.

Mid-sized & large organisations

Train teams by role, establish shared practices and support internal champions. Workshops reflect your approved tools and organisational requirements.

Suggested starting point: manager briefing + role-based workshops + a pilot team.

Six areas. Skills you can put into practice.

Each programme is built around your level, your tools and a concrete use case. The durations below are indicative and refined during scoping.

Prerequisites

Everyday computer skills; no coding required.

Practical exercise

Turn a working document into a summary, an email and an action plan, then assess the outputs against quality criteria.

Takeaway

A library of role-specific instructions and a review checklist.

Prepare for your training

Do we need previous AI experience?

Not for the foundations module. Other courses adapt to your starting point; automation and assistant-building programmes require some confidence with digital tools.

Do we need every tool listed?

No. We select one primary solution or environment with you. Required accounts, licences and access are clarified before the session; some tools need a paid subscription.

Can we work on our own business case?

Yes, if its scope fits the time available and the data and access have been authorised. Otherwise, a representative demonstration case is used.

Where should an SME or a large company start?

For an SME: AI foundations, then a first process to automate. For a large company: a manager briefing, role-based workshops and a pilot team.

What work would you like to make easier?

Tell us about your teams, tools and the process you want to improve. We will build a programme around your organisation.
