What should I prepare?

Your activity, the issue you want to improve, your current tools and any constraints. You do not need to have a solution in mind.

How are fees agreed?

A proposal sets out the goals, scope, deliverables, schedule and fee before work starts. Training is tailored to your team’s needs.

Can we work remotely and in English?

Yes. Consulting and training are available in French or English, remotely or in person in Île-de-France. Other travel can be discussed.
