Why we use your information

We use your name, email, message and optional company, telephone, language and project information to respond to your enquiry, prepare requested services and manage follow-up. Fields marked * are needed to process the enquiry. Requested pre-contractual steps provide the basis for service enquiries; our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries and securing the service applies to other contact and security processing. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made.

Recipients and providers

Authorised SZ Consulting staff access enquiries. ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI, with Cloudflare infrastructure) hosts the website and database. Brevo processes notification emails; our receiving mailbox provider also processes the delivered messages. Administrator authentication uses ChatGPT. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area; this website does not promise EU-only storage. Retention

Enquiries that do not become client engagements are retained for 12 months after the most recent contact initiated by the prospect. An internal note or outgoing follow-up does not restart that period. The administrator reviews and removes expired enquiry records and associated messages, subject to a documented legal obligation or dispute requiring restricted retention. Contracts, invoices and client engagement records are managed separately under their applicable retention rules. Backup copies are restricted to recovery and expired records must not be returned to active use after restoration.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting the address above. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Tracking

No optional advertising or external analytics integration is enabled by SZ Consulting. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical usage data and necessary session information to operate and secure their services.
